At this time, I have been contacted directly by Global Housing Services Corporation regarding complaint ID [redacted] , however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: They were not aware of the complaint The person on the phone simply asked me if everything had gone well with my reservation in Las Vegas I explained that it had not gone well I informed the lady that I was looking for a refund for the charges and she simply stated that she would get back to me I don't remember what day that was, but it has been a few weeks ago In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

We booked nights with Global Housing in a Las Vegas hotel for a trade show and added another night about a month laterUpon arrival, the hotel only had reservations for night and the rest of the booking was cancelledWhen we asked Global Housing for a solution, they blindly sent a voucher with an incorrect check out date and incorrect number of bedsWe ended up solving the problem ourselves and got money back from our credit card companyBeware and do not book anything through Global Housing

Regarding this case , our mutual customer mentioned that we are dedicated "accommodations" vendor but actually what we are doing as travel agency is one thing which is telling our customers that we can have their rooms reserved with a competitive rates than other companies #1f497d;"> if you go online and check a famous website like [redacted] you will find an advertising saying : Search hotels near Las Vegas Convention Center / Featured hotels near Las Vegas Convention Center as the following link [redacted] That doesn’t make them the official housing corporation or the only one who we are dedicated "accommodations" vendor for any conference as the end they are just a travel agency !! That’s exactly what we do , we inform our customer that we are accepting hotel reservation near to the convention centers and we provide them with the room rate and if they accepted that then we make the reservation for them , also note in all our documents we never mentioned that we are the official housing corporation for a conference For the customer [redacted] : that’s ok we already stopped calling her so I hope this can solve this complaint Please Advise Please let me know if I can be of any further assistant! Dear Team, Hope this emails finds you well , I’m sending you this message regarding the complaint : [redacted] Our business ID : [redacted] Regarding this case , our mutual customer mentioned said we told him that we are the official housing corporation for a conference we were attending and this is actually against our company’s policy as we are not the official housing corporation , our company’s name is Global Housing Corporation what we do is we accept hotel reservation near to the convention center as any travel agency .if you go online and check a famous website like [redacted] you will find an advertising saying : [redacted] [redacted] as the following link [redacted] That doesn’t make them the official housing corporation for any conference as the end they are just a travel agency !! That’s exactly what we do , we inform our customer that we are accepting hotel reservation near to the convention centers and we provide them with the room rate and if they accepted that then we make the reservation for them , also note in all our documents we never mentioned that we are the official housing corporation for a conference Evidence : ( Please find emails from/to the customer )also find their itinerary & invoice attached and none of them states thatwe are the official housing corporation for any conference also we don’t saysuch things in phone calls and if the customer can provide a recording for thatthen things will happen 1- We will issued him the refund that he/she requested2- We will fire the agent who said that on the spot .I hope this message clarifies your concern .Best Regards, [redacted] ***

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: Our company participates in numerous events and books hotels for our staff all around the world and we have never run into these types of issues We are not out to just cancel the reservation and get a refund, in fact we have actually re-booked a reservation at the same home hotel Our concern is that we do not trust GHC and feel they failed to deliverAdam G [redacted] is correct that we did not provide attendee names at the time of our reservation This is because we did not know who would be going to the event in September However we assumed the reservations would be held under our company name, which is standard My employee thought it was very strange GHC didnt provide us with confirmation numbers at the time of the reservation but didnt think to press them It wasn't until I got involved this month and thought it was suspicious and looked GHC up and saw they had a negative reputation that I asked my employee to contact them immediately to get a confirmation number that we could confirm with the actual hotel She sent them an email requesting the confirmation numbers and provided them with three names on *** On [redacted] she received back a "travel itinerary" document but no confirmation numbers When I called to ask for them, Adam G [redacted] told me the confirmation numbers were just the last name and reservation date I called the hotel and spoke to Gloria who looked up the names, check for our company name and informed us there was nothing on file I called back to Adam G [redacted] again and he then magically sent us an email with confirmation numbers., which I dont understand why he didnt just give them to me when we asked the first TWO times I called the hotel and spoke with Robert who pulled those numbers up and told me they were in different names One a "Woo and another a "JUNG" which again I felt was very strange Robert put me on hold and got the hotel reservation manager, Nickolas and he reviewed the reservation and agreed that there was nothing in the reservation with our company name or indicating the reservation would be associated to us Essentially had we shown up, we wouldnt of had rooms I also told the manager that GHC was requiring that we pay for our total stay at the hotel in ADVANCE of our arrival and the hotel manager said that was "not normal" and he felt the company was very suspicious At this point we were very concerned What would stop GHC from changing or cancelling the reservation after we paid for the total OR what assurance did we have that if we paid GHC the total amount, that they would pay the hotel? With all of this uncertaintly and having been on the phone for over hours sturuggling to simply get the reservation confirmation numbers confirmed by the hotel, we had lost all trust in GHC and were extremely concerned of doing any type of business with them GHC is referencing a lot of names of people they spoke with at the hotel, but we also spoke with people there, including the manager We are not cancelling our trip, we are not just looking to get out of the reservation We have already rebooked with the hotel directly and obtained secure confirmations We ask ourselves, if WE hadnt demanded the confirmation iinformation, when exactly would we have gotten it?? When would our names have been updated? When would there have been anything on that reservation linking our company? Its these questions and concerns that led us to request a cancellation from GHC Their failure to put the reservations in the name of our company or to have a note put in the hotel reservation system linking them to us back in February when we paid our deposit leaves them looking fraudulent or at the very least incompetent In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Dear All,Please note that the policy listed below is to make any kind of changes to the rooms/nights as it's considered to be Cancellation for any number of rooms or nights BUT not the whole reservation as cancelling the whole reservation have a different policy which is : should the entire reservation be cancelled you agree to pay a cancellation fee in the amount of 25% of the original total cost of the room accommodationSo I explained to you about the Policy of my company and now it's my job to show you her cancellation request (Untitled.PNG ) and the Signed Reservation Forms that the customer made and agreed which is if they cancelled the reservation there will be a 25% cancellation fees and they made a charge back to our charges and actually the credit card company informed us that will we get the cancellation fees because the customer broke the agreement between us and them .Please let me know if you need to know anything else .Best regards, [redacted] [redacted] [redacted]

Tonight I arrived after two long flights in Orlando to the hotel I booked through Global Housing CorpThe front desk of my confirmed and paid for hotel for eleven nights!!! had been moved to a fleabag hotel miles awayThis is outrageous and represents the worst housing practices for convention housing I have ever experienced When I arrived at the poor cousin to where I had been booked they told me they had only had been paid for THREE nights not eleven that I have paid receipt for Since it was am I needed a place to sleep...I would have been better off sleeping in my car..the motel--not hotel--is a crack house,,,razor blades on the floor, garbage spilling everywhere I feel like I have been robbed and want to advise DO NOT BOOK GLOBAL HOUSING CORPORATION ASTORIA NEW YORK [redacted]

Dear All,Kindly note the policy listed below is specifically for cancelling some nights/some names/adding names or nights ..etc ( as for example the exact dates for the convention center is September ***, ) and you have your dates from September ***, in all rooms so you might need to cancel the first night in order for you to match the exact dates , or if some of your guests can’t show on the first day so they will come on September [redacted] ..The other policy is the whole reservation cancellation policy which is : should the entire reservation be cancelled you agree to pay a cancellation fee in the amount of 25% of the original total cost of the room accommodation.The customer has signed the agreement and agreed to these rules and now want to cancel the reservation free of charge .Please find attached the conversation between the customer and our company .Bets Regards, [redacted]

They called in July of to offer us a hotel rate at the sheraton in Salt Lake City We agreed and received a contract for the booking Plus we paid in full for the booking In late December they then called and said the hotel was sold out and they could not get us the rooms we had booked Then they did find us two rooms rather than the three we booked but at double the price SLC is a very difficult place to get hotel rooms during this trade show so this has put us in a very difficult situation
This company is horribly unprofessional and they are running a scam We still have not received a refund

Dear All,Please note that our only mistake is We didn't transport the customer to the other property as we wasn’t sure that we can provide a transportation to the customer by someone at the hotel and when we checked our original email we informed the customer that we will walk them to the other property but we didn't and we are ready to pay the transportation fees (using Taxi ,Bus, Limo ) or whatever as a compensation to the customer , but it’s not our fault that the customer changed the hotel as it’s so clear in the signed contract that :GHS Corpis unable to accept any change requests business days prior to check-inGHSdoes not provide refunds for early cancellation or no-shows.And since the customer agreed about switching the hotel so it’s not our fault that they booked in a different hotel .Best Regards,*** ***
