This company is a FRAUDThey sale lemons and bribe you for gas and help with paying own issue with the car but don't really help youPurchase a vehicle and as soon as I got the vehicle the check engine light came on I've been found out it was a transmission problem these guys have ping pong me around send me two mechanics that don't even handle transmission problems I asked to look at another vehicle and I also contact the bank which then they said they weren't responsible that I need to go talk to the dealer and then I was ping-pong back and forth between *** and jI asked to speak to the owner and they told me that the owner doesn't want to speak to me and that his name is *** with a foreign last name I've been found out that the owner is ***

They guaranteed to fix any issues found with the car I purchased and issues appeared one day later and they have been occurring ever since. I visited this dealership because of their 4.9 star rating with hopes that they would sell me a decent, practical car. I could not have been more mistaken. My first visit there, they promised me to help me with any issues my car my have and appeared as such honest, nice men, they sold me a car easily. However, as soon as I purchased the car on the EXACT SAME DAY my car would not start. Upon calling the manager, he assured me he would fix this and get back to me. Hours passed and I had not heard from him and needed my car for work the next day. I called him back and he kept putting it off until they closed for the day. The next day I drove there as soon as they opened and they sent the mechanic with me to my house and he performed a temporary fix. I did not know this, however. So of course on the same day it dies again. I called back up and was persistent that this needed to be fixed today so I would have transportation for work. The owner came out and exchanged the battery saying "I never would have sold you this car with this battery in it, it is way too small." the mechanic complained to me over and over about how "these guys are just in it for the money," "they buy these cars and don't listen to me when I tell them to fix them up. They wash them and take pictures for the website and put them out in the lot." He was absolutely shocked when I told them they had such a high rating on [redacted], insisting the owner must have done that himself because he has seen far too many people complain. Here I am, a week after buying my car with an expired battery having to buy it out of pocket because Global Motors refuses to help me. Desired SettlementI am seeking a refund for my car, including financing or for my car to be permanently fixed.Business Response The issues with the vehicle were considerably minor and have all been resolved. It seemed to be a lag in communication but once we understood the customers concerns we immediately corrected the matter. We hope the customer is still content and comes back in the future.
