I have been referring Holland Home consultants for approximately years to all my real estate clientsBruce is very thorough on all of his inspectionsHis reports are very detailed and easy to followAt the time of inspection, he takes the time to explain his findings to the buyer and also makes himself available for future questions/concernsI will continue to use Holland Home Consultants at every opportunity
This company has horrible, unethical business practices and see's you and your business as a paycheck and nothing more. Bruce did our home inspection in May of 2016 and despite almost missing our deadline for submission (provided the report on the last day after repetitive calls and emails) he missed key details in the inspection of our new home purchase that would have alerted us to calling for additional inspections. Not only did he never notice the front bathroom had NO hot running water he also failed to indicate that the HVAC unit doesn't cycle on and off properly and is not matched properly. He stated in his report that the condenser is the same brand and year as the air handler which is in fact not true, they are different. We have attempted to contact Bruce and his company for the last 2 months with nothing but unanswered messages and unfulfilled promises. Steer clear of this company and save yourself the headache we are now facing.
