Last July, my wife and I, applied for a Canada Visa (eTA) just before to enter in Canada via ground for a vacationFor the applications, requested online to Global Visas Center, LLC, we paid a total of 174$ (87$ each)
When we crossed the border, though, the Canadian officer told us that the visa was NOT required for those who enter in Canada by ground (it is needed only by air)
We contacted the support center early August by email and we were told by the GVC Immigration Team (Lisa Galyn) that we were eligible for a partial refund (70$ each, 140$ total)She wrote that we should have seen the money charged on the same credit card used for the initial payment
The refund never went through, although I sent several to her soliciting the refund (I still have all those emails, if needed)
