the customer voluntarily returned the vehicle yesterday and was issued a full refund. this issue has been resolved

THE VEHICLE WAS REPOSSESED FOR THE FOLLOWING BREACHES OF CONTRACT 1. SHE DOES NOT HAVE A VALID OHIO DRIVERS LICENSE2. AFTER BEING GIVEN THE MEMORANDUM TITLE SHE FAILED TO REGISTER THE VEHICLE AND OBTAIN VALID OHIO PLATES3. SHE FIRST STOLE A DEALER PLATE FROM THE DEALERSHIP THAT WAS CONFISCATED 4....

SHE THEN STOLE A PLATE OFF OF A CAR THAT WAS TRADED IN5. SHE FAILED TO PROVIDE PROOF OF FULL COVERAGE INSURANCE AFTER SIGNING AN AGREEMENT TO PROVIDE IT6. SHE FAILED TO MAKE TIMELY PAYMENTS

I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find the resolution is satisfactory to me. I would  like to thank the Revdex.com for mediation between glory auto sales and I. I have spoken to the salesman yesterday and decided to take his off to put the money due to me towards  the purchase of another vehicle under the condition that the car runs and is in good condition I am scheduled to be at glory auto sales in Friday Feb 23 2018 to negotiate a car deal thanks for your help

I am rejecting this response because: I am requesting a refund, I have been stopped by law enforcement for the sales manager putting reported stolen dealer tags on my vehicle, paid for the second temporary tag myself, missed work and multiple other issues associated with having no vehicle. I understand the business now says the title is available. Date of purchase 2/23/2017, today's date is 6/14/2017. Along with the above stated, I simply cannot accept that the issue with the title is my burden to handle. I will not be satisfied without the refund for this vehicle.
