I am rejecting this response because: We didnt have a issue with the driver simply asking us for help{ as stated by Go Auto response} The fact that the driver issued a threat to us by saying " if we dont get it off , I will leave and take it back to the yard" is our main issue, Also the hood was brought back at the end of the day, and one employee of Go Auto unloaded the hood alone, and he was rude also, The GM [redacted] { who used My name in his response as Mr. [redacted]} note: I never used his name in my complaint} [redacted] called my personal cell phone on yesterday telling me that he knew very little or nothing about a slur, well thats more rude lies and games by Go Auto [redacted] , Not only did I tell him it was a slur the same day of the incident, I went a step further by putting my complaint on the check I paid for the part with{ " rude,racist comments made"}, Go Auto deposited the check....Let be very clear, the disrespect is obviously institutional in nature, I should not be defining what is a threat or a Ask, nor should I have to define the role of a delivery driver. For [redacted] yes he did ask me for my Audio and/or video of the slur, he may have "human right" to ask for it, But morally and ethically , he was wrong and just as disrespectful as his Driver [redacted] and Sales manager [redacted]. Unless these peolpe own up to ALL the games,lies and disrespect, appropriate actions will be taken.

We accept responsibility for asking for assistance unloading the hood. It is not our normal policy to do so and way we asked for help was discourteous. We apologize for any action, intentional or not, that made Mr. [redacted] feel as though we didn't respect him or his...

business.
Mr. [redacted] and I spoke at length yesterday and I apologized on half of GO Auto for this unfortunate interaction. I asked Mr. [redacted] for audio evidence of the “racial slur” and he respectfully declined. We have taken corrective action that will hopefully make future interactions much more positive.

I am rejecting this response because: if a fair attempt was made{ in prior response}  to address the rude, unprofessional practices of  Go Auto, [redacted] Auto inc, would have  accepted the response, there has been no ownership of the threat that was made to our company for not unloading a truck for a service that we was paying for. Go Auto has not responded to or address the issue of facts that [redacted]. stated :example the check that was cash and the comments, the various disrespectfully request, such as come to our junk yard to pick up the part, that Go Auto to back out of pure rudeness, so many issues that have not been addressed IN writing on this forum. WE Have not made any progress yet. Lets be detail. all [redacted] did was order a hood, for delivery. it didnt happen that way

We attempted to address the concerns listed by the person issuing the complaint in our previous response. We apologize for disappointing the consumer and are addressing the issues listed in the complaint internally.
