I am rejecting this response because: If [redacted] had no part in it she would not have offered to have my hair fixed either by her or someone else. I had already agreed to pay the $50 retouch fee. When I asked [redacted] what would be my out of pocket she said whatever they would charge me. She never mentioned a discounted rate which she's now making up. I asked if she would honor [redacted]'s offer; she declined. I asked [redacted] if I could wait for [redacted] to have her baby (9-10 months) she responded "that's not going to happen". I never tried to get [redacted] to do my hair after she told me what the Dr's said. When I called the first time to complain about the service [redacted] should've told me that she couldn't do anything to help me instead of getting involved as if [redacted] was her employee. She just said "Let me talk to her and I'll call you back". Both [redacted] and [redacted] refused mediation. I offered before contacting Revdex.com. Someone has to do the right thing and fix what went wrong. No one is harassing or slandering anyone. I was led to believe that my hair would be fixed. I am also willing to report [redacted] to the Revdex.com if I get her contact information besides her phone number.

I see you have all the contact info for [redacted] as well as the gift certificate that stated it is only valid with her. The only advice I can possibly give you is to possibly pull your own bank record to show her. She was under a contract while working at luscious salon and that signed contract also stated the salon is not liable for any claims against her. She also was required to have a business license of her own since she is technically her own business owner. I hope you are able to get this resolved with her.thank you,[redacted]
