I have dealt with 3B Tech several times in the past few years to get parts for upgrading my desktopsThey have always been responsive, helpful, and a good deal The reasons that I am filing this as a neutral review instead of positive are: I have had to return one item for replacement in the past (although it was handled quickly and with "okay" communication) I have not purchased a full system from them, just brown box parts, so my experience may not be fully representative Their stock and prices SEEM to be less competitive as they used to be (My personal opinion) None of these are really negative and I still recommend themI'll probably go to them again
I have been dealing with this company for years Always an unpleasant experience yet I'm dumb enough to come back for more This time though they went too far I had several bad items in a row which they said is impossible I know for a fact that items are defective and they themselves said they would put the items back on the shelves for the next poor fellow to purchase They stole ** from me stating that they only have a day return policy which their invoice states day They said they made an exception and sent me a refund minus a restocking fee because they feel the defective item is not defective My credit card company has since stepped in and sadly took it upon themselves to refund me themselves rather than fight the company I will be filing a complaint with the Revdex.com over this I feel it is not the job of the credit card company to take a loss on my behalf They are an excellent credit card company but I feel they should fight the company and not let 3btech get away with this 3btech has lost a customer and hopefully many more as more and more of my friends get pointed to this negative review
