Gober Post Frame was contacted by Mr [redacted] regarding footprints in his concrete floor I made a trip to the site and looked at the footprint problem There were two sets of footprints in the floor One set from the concrete crew and the one set from Mr [redacted] Both Mr [redacted] and the concrete crew leader stated that no prints were visible on the day of the pour As the floor cured the prints revealed themselves I personally installed an epoxy floor coating to cover both my crew leaders footprints as well as those left by Mr [redacted] As far as the 10'x40' porch area, I found that the concrete was poured high to the outside so that any water that hit the area would run back to the building This concrete was removed and has been scheduled to be re-poured twice only to be pushed back by rain It is scheduled for Thursday, July 27th When I left Mr [redacted] 's home on the afternoon of July 16th he was extremely pleased with the coating on the floor and was looking forward to the replacement of the 10'x40' porch area We at Gober Post Frame pride ourselves in providing an economical, appealing, long term building for our customers We erected over buildings per year I will admit that mishaps do occasionally arise and that we make it a priority to get these issues resolved so that our customer can enjoy the building as it is intendedThank you for your time, [redacted]

Gober Post Frame did enter into a contract with Mr*** to erect a 30x50xbuilding Upon material delivery I dispatched one of my crews to erect the building I was contacted by Mr*** about a few issues regarding the framework of the building The crew had cut two boards
a little short which I had them replace and Mr*** was concerned about some vertical cracks in a 5xpost or two I explained to Mr*** that all lumber is prone to a possible crack running with the grain because of the wood's fibers expanding and shrinking He had the crew leader place an extra posts that was on site beside one of the building posts with the small cracks The building was enclosed except for one gable end in order to place the concrete floor into the building Mr*** did a thorough inspection after the crew had left and found that there were a number of sheets with small scratches on them as well I received several pictures showing the scratches and assured Mr*** that the issue would be resolved when the crew came back to install the metal on the open end We poured the floor We did deliver the replacement sheets for the roof and the crew installed at the time of enclosure of the endMore scratchesI visited the site and ordered the replacement material On Septwe fixed all issues that were pointed out that day except the small concrete splatter over a door I sent the concrete crew by to clean these small specks off and in doing so they scratched the paint I have ordered this replacement material and am scheduled to replace as soon as I receive the panels We strive to make every customer a happy customer I do apologize if we can not be there immediately or as soon as a customer wants us there All we can do is our best to make the customer happy Thank you, *** ***Gober Post Frame Construction

To whom it may concern,         In response to the complaint from Mr. [redacted],  I do agree that there were a few issues.  Mr. [redacted] has stated that there was not a ledge poured at the doorways as it should have been done.  We have poured...

doorways with a slope from the door seal out for 40 years now.  We sent a contractor to the site to evaluate the situation and report his findings back to the office.  This contractor tried to address the issue while he was on site and removed some of the concrete in the doorways.  Mr. [redacted] returned home later that evening and was very upset as what he had found.  He sent me photos via cell phone and I agreed that this was not the correct way to approach the problem.  I take full responsibility for this contractor's actions as I was the one that sent him to the site.  Mr. [redacted] and I had several conversations as to what would be the correct repair for the issues.  I have been building buildings and pouring concrete personally for 20 years now and felt like I had recommended the best repair for everyone involved. Mr. [redacted] did not agree to the repair that I had mentioned and came up with his version of the fix.  We poured an additional 816 sq. ft. of flatwork outside of his overhead doors at an additional cost of $1,500.00.  This amount was less than the cost of the additional flatwork but I believe that Mr. [redacted] is content.  I do everything in my power to keep my customers happy.  A happy customer is our best advertisement here at Gober Post Frame Construction.  I am not saying that we do not make mistakes.  If you erect 800+ structures a year as we do, you are bound to have a problem once in a while.  We pride ourselves in addressing any issues as quick as possible and getting another satisfied customer in return.  Thank you for your time, [redacted]
