Gold Chopsticks

I called this restaurant to order take out to be delivered to me. I placed my order and was told that it would be approximately 35 minutes for delivery. After almost an hour I did not see my order so I checked my bank account to see if the food had been charged. I had ordered the same thing a week ago and was charged approximately $17.00 and this time they where charging me over $20. I called the restaurant to see where the food was and to question the charge. I was told the food was on it's way and that they were too busy to discuss the charges with me. I told them that I was the paying customer and had the right to know what they were charging. The woman told me she was canceling my order and hung up on me. I called back and was repeatedly hung up on when questioning a credit to my card. On [redacted] 8 this past [redacted] evening my husband and I decided to order out for dinner. We called and ordered from Gold Chopsticks at approx. [redacted] and had our food delivered. When our food arrived my husband's order was on top and was fine. My order was underneath his in a bag. As I pulled out my platter from the bag I noticed the platter was light in weight. I looked down and all of my rice, chicken fingers, spare ribs, and beef teriyaki stick were in the bottom of the bag. And the platter was securely fastened. I called back at approx. [redacted] and explained to the same woman who took our order before and politely suggested to have my order remade free of charge. She was rude immediately and accused me of tampering with my food and said no way! I don't think so! You are not getting a refund or making you another order! She would not let me get a word in edge wise. I asked to speak with her manager and she flat out told me no! I told her if I had transportation I would be more than happy to show her how I received my order. She continued to yell at me and yelled I don't care just scrape the food from the bottom of the bag and eat it anyway you're interrupting my work with all this nonsense! She hung up on me. Another woman called me back to let me know they're making me another order for free. Then the driver came and I showed him how I received my food. He apologized and didn't understand how it happened. So he took the order, drove it back to the manager. As I received my fresh new order I took my food upstairs and as I took a bite of my rice I choked on a half small blue rubber band in my food and took a picture of it.Order_Number: All day special C.Desired SettlementI would like to settle and an attorney to properly handle my case if I have one.
