Review: Gold Eagle has been harassing me, constantly calling and sending letters to collect on services I did not receive. After completing a years service 2013. I indicated I did not want to renew for 1 year as I may be changing providers. I was told that I could pay 3 months and decide after that, well I cancelled after part of a year but they claimed that by virtue of simply paying the first quarter of 2014 that I was responsible for paying the entire year. This was not what I was told on the phone in January of 14.I have paid for all services I received. Desired Settlement: Simply stop billing me for service that I did not receive, because Gold Eagle says I renewed a contract just by paying for service, in the first quarter. They haven no contract signed by me renewing service in 2014...STOP HARRASSING me for service I didnt receive.
