Review: I was at the square one mall at this store calls Gold N Gem so my kids wanted to buy a [redacted] bracelet, so I told them go for it so my son bought at this store gold n gem after he got it went for a walk and found it cheaper so he went back to return his items the representative was very Rude and my kids got scare and he went and told me so I went back and him my son felt threant by you so I ask to give him his money back and he said no, I ask for explanation and he says thats the policy and I said you dont have a sign he reply I dont give [redacted] so I said dont swear in front of my children cause they only *-** years old so I got really angry and I said I need to talk to a manager and he reply shutup and leave and I said no so we kept argueying so he told me I will chocked you if you dont leave so I call 911 cause am a disable person and I live in chronic pain, after the security show up from the

his starter swearing in front of them and the security guy said dont swear in front of the kids. it was a really bad day and my daughter was crying for hours.so I would never go back there. but I want my money back and this store needs to discipline this representative. thats is a true true story that happend today. 7.25.2012 at 2:25pm....Desired Settlement: Want my full money back with a writing apology for my kids.and they should provide some anger management classes to representative like this..

The customer came in and purchased a bracelet which was on clearance sale. He and she came back in the store and asked if he can have the money back and even though we have 2 signs in the store and a policy on the receipt the representative kindly gave them a store credit. About one hour later the father of the 2 customer entered the store with a hostile attitude and demanded money back. When the representative told him the policy and can't give you money back but issued a store credit for clearance sale item he got upset and punches the case which was heard from 2 outside mall employees that saw the whole incident.

The 2 customers (*-**), starts crying bagging their father in exact word "STOP DADDY, STOP." Then tells the representative that they were sorry and they didn't realize that their father was going to react this way and his hasn't taken his medication. Then, the representative calls the mall security and when they arrive, the father tells security officers that the representative threatened his child and as he is telling them this lie the 2 child tells the security officers that "My father over reacted and the representative did not do anything wrong" which was documented by the 2 security officers as a witness.

Then the father changes the story and tells the officers that representative tried to punch him. Because of the frequent changes in the story and his behavior the security escorted the father to the mall office to get his statement. Finally, the officers comes in to the store to document the 2 visible signs in the store and a written policy on the receipt, a statement taken by fathers child that their father was in the wrong of punching the case, and 2 mall witness saw the whole incident.

I truly hope the father feels lucky that the store did not press any charges and learns that in the mall there are eyes everywhere for you actions.

I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint.

As the business men says his allter all of it and their were not people besides my kids and refference of a charge that might be against the store manager for not coming forward and saling item to two minor and then saying there were signs, thats I called a totally lie. I still insist that I want my kids cash back and the store manager to apologise for threat in me and my kids and to say I never took meds that I specifically ask both of them about that so consider this a lie all the way around. and swearing in front of my kids when mall security was present. so all I want is my ** years old his money back thats all.....
