Gold N Time

Review: After I ordered the product with Gold n Time on Dec. 19, 2013, a product that they usually carry, I was told that it would arrive no later than the day after Christmas, and that they would call me when it arrived. I waited for a call, which never came. I went to the mall after the New Year, to check on my order. When I addressed the issue with the owner/manager, he initially told me that I was wrong, and that I never ordered the product (in a confrontational tone and approach). After I explained the order, he then "miraculously" remembered the order, apologized, and then said he would re-order it. He ordered it on, or around, January 4th, 2014. After a few day, the product arrived, and I got a call from the owner/manager, that I could come pick it up. When I went to Bellis Fair Mall, I arrived at Gold n Time at 5:50 pm (their posted closing time is 6:00 pm), but he was closing up early. Both my son and I saw the piece of jewelry on top of a box, so I asked if we could get the item. The owner/manager instantly told me that he would not help me since he was closing. With the item already paid for, I figured that he would be able to hand me the item without problem. When I asked him if this was okay, he became aggressive in stating that he could not help me. At this time, I asked for my money back, and that I no longer wanted his services. He became insensed, and stated that he couldn't give me my money back without my receipt, eventhough he had a record stating that I already paid for it. I left at this time, so that I could get my receipt. When I returned with my receipt, I asked an employee of Gold n Time to give me my money back, since it was still within the 14 day return policy stated on the order form. The employees initially tried to tell me that it was after my return date, but when made them aware that this was incorrect, they then began telling three different lies as to why I wasn't able to get my money back. It became obvious that Gold n Time was not going to give me my money back, so I decided to contact the Revdex.com, and to take the business/owner to Small Claims Court. I have yet to set a date, but I will be doing this shortly.Desired Settlement: I would like Gold n Time to recognize their posted Return Policies, and to get my money back.

Review: My mother bought my father a watch. He didn't like it and it fit slightly funny on him so he asked me to return it. My mother doesn't speak english and didn't realize that there was a no return policy and it wasn't explained to her. I'mtryibg to return the watch but tthey will only offer me credit. I don't wear jewelry and my mom isn't wealthy enough to just keep someyhing that won't be enjoyed.Desired Settlement: Full refund of 184 $
