Review: A gold chain was sold under fraud - false pretenses. The jeweler sold me a gold chain claiming its 14K gold. The chain is stamped with 14K. The reciept claims its 14K. After close examination by 3 different Jewlers using a gold measures (NAV tools), the results showed that the chain is actually 12K not 14K and worth half the price paid for.Desired Settlement: Full refund.
