They were up front about how much they paid % of current gold rate, BUT the girl I had was claiming to be confused saying she thought it said 14k instead of 18k and calculating my gold for half of what it's value was. I didn't sell thank goodness. Know the weight of your gold in grams, ounces and dwt. Know the current price. Know what %gold =14k, 18k, etc and calculate that on your items weight. Have it all clearly written down so you don't get cheated. But, if you can get them to acknowledge what you have then their price would be good
My daughter and I went to Gold Times unsure of what to expect. I was very suprised to find that I had incredible experience. I went to the Appleton location and the ladies that work there were very knowledgable about the process and very pleasant. I did not feel pressured to sell and I felt really comfortable being there. I would definitely recommend Gold Times to others.
