I am very sorry that your stay at the Gold Vault Inn was not 100% satisfactoryWe work very hard to ensure that each and every guest feels at homeThe Kentucky tax exemption form that you presented only exempts you from the state taxesWe must still charge our guest (all guest) the proper amount of taxes for the city and state tourism (bed tax)It is my understanding from a legal standpoint, that no one is exempt from this taxWe house thousands of soldiers on a monthly basis and all pay the bed taxI regret that you feel this was an error but legally those taxes have to be collectedThank you for selecting the Gold Vault Inn and we hope to see you again in the future
