I have been a member of Gold's Gym at Largo Maryland for years The gym has an app [redacted] *** that allows me to view my membership login and paymentsThe gym moved to a new site in Capital Heights MarylandI cannot access my [redacted] *** accountI have asked staff members why am I no longer able to access my accountThe look at me like I'm for out of spaceNo one the staff can help meI call the corporate headquarters and they only refer me back to this particular gymI am entitled to this serviceI pay for itI need assistance and Gold Gym says they can't help me

I have been a customer of Gold’s for the last eight years Just recently this year I got certified in Les Mills Sprint and teach on Wednesday’s at 9:30am at Richie road station But I still attend other classes as a customer
Today is a typical Friday, July 27, And I took my usual cycle class for an hour and moved to Flow and half way through Flow I had to use the restroom So I hurried to the restroom to find that not one of the free stalls had toilet paper I asked the other ladies did they have any and only one responded, “No.” So I told her I would get us some toilet paper, let me go let the desk know So as I walk down to the desk I see two young people, Naria and Jaush, sitting on the countertops and on their cell phones I asked with a smile if, “we could get some toilet paper in at least one stall in the ladies room.” The young lady gets off her phone and walks to the restroomAt the same time I see a roll of paper towels on the counter behind the desk I asked her if I could get some so that I may use the restroom and while I am saying it I was walking towards the roll of towels Naria did not responds so I assumed it would be ok considering there was nothing in the restroom and now I was at emergency stage of needing to use the bathroom I could feel the young man walking up to me and he began saying, “no you can’t use those.” I assumed he was going to say, “You’re not allowed behind the desk.” So I respond without even listening to what he was saying, which was ludicrous considering there was no toilet paper in the restrooms Its ok I work here tooI ignored him because there was no toilet paper in the ladies restroom and at this point it has become an emergency to use the restroom Do you know that Jaush came over to me as I was rolling the paper towel around my right hand and he snatched the roll of paper out of my hand? I was distracted because first I was done with the paper roll and now have an urgency to use to the bathroom so I continued to the restroom behind Naria, fussing about I know he (Jaush) didn’t just put his hands on me As we walk into the restroom there was a client putting toilet paper in the stalls Naria says, “that’s the reason there’s no toilet paper in the restrooms because she’s walking around with it!?” The client turns to address what Naria said and I rush into the bathroom stall When I came out I thanked the young lady for getting the toilet paper and returned to the Flow class to finish my workout
During the mediation portion of class I decide to address the young man in polite manner about how he could’ve handled the situation without putting his hands on me So, while I was leaving and saying goodbye’s to everyone at the desk I mentioned to Jaush, “that all he needed to do was tell me not to use the paper towels but too snatched it out of my hands was rude.” To make a long story short it takes Toni to come over and ask what the problem was because we were getting loud because he refused to apologize for his actions or even listen So when Toni asked, what was wrong as I began to tell her, Jaush interrupts me while I am talking to her, so I just stop and look at him and Toni says, “Can we move over so we can talk?” I told her what had happened and she simply apologizes for the confusion and I left
First and foremost let’s address the young man telling a woman that she can’t have any type of paper towels to use the restroom when your restrooms did not have any paper! I know from experience men do not use toilet paper every time they use the restroom reason why I wasn’t asking him about the paper towels because he clearly wouldn’t and didn’t understand even when I tried to politely explain it to himI will leave it up to management to explain to Jaush that due to his behavior I have a year and a day purse criminal “simple assault” charges against him and if I wanted to a legal lawsuit against Gold’s Gym for the physical attack of an employee Next, why are your employees sitting on the counter tops, on their cell phones, and not attentively greeting your customers when we arrive and their concernsAnd they do it all the time since Alexis left, she had customer service and was politeLast but not least I would like to commend Toni for deescalating the situation, which never needed to go there in the first place, I am not sure what happen to the customer service that Gold’s use to have at the front desk but I thought I would write this to inform you that customer service at Richie road Gold’s gym needs much improvement at the front deskThank you for your concern in the matter

When I signed up for this Gold's Gym membership I was told I could cancel at anytime, now that I'm trying to cancel they are making it very difficult I stay in a different state and they are insisting I come into the building to cancelI just want to cancel my membership
