1. Their system NEVER, EVER updates. If I made a deposit after 4 PM, it will not show until 48 hours later. Any other banking system such as [redacted], will show the transaction immediately. I have accounts in all these banks. I continue to talk to them, but they say that's how their system works. So I'm wondering, is their whole banking system still in the dinosaur era? Does no one else think this is too slow? I want to be able to make sure that my deposits are correct, and not have to wait 48 hours just to see if it is correct or not. It makes me panic, when almost all my deposits are over 30,000 dollars, and I can't see if I deposited it until after 2 DAYS later.
2. I have two accounts with over 6 year history with this bank. With the checking account, I have used over 2500 checks. In this past July, we asked the bank to issue us temporary checks. They printed my home address in my business account. This exposes my home address to all my business partners, and patients in my office. This should be completely confidential. When we ask them what happened, they said it was because they mailed the statement to my home address. That's why we printed your home address. So I ask, if this account has over a 6 year history, and over 2500 checks having been used, you don't even take a look at the check address before you print? On top of that, this bank charges 10 dollars for 24 TEMPORARY checks for THEIR error.
3. I am a private physician. The insurance company issues cashier checks to my name with business address, but Golden Bank rejects insurance cashier checks, if the cashier printed insured member company name in top left corner. For example, when United Healthcare sends a check to me plus printed patient 's employer name in top left corner, this check will be rejected. I think the bank staffs does not understand English at all, ALSO BANK PERSONEL INTENATIONALLY TURN DOWN THEIR CUSTOMER.
