them since, until just recentlyMr & Mrs bought in a sample of the old card with the old number scratched out and the new number written on the top and that's the copy we used to print the cardsAt the time our turnaround time was about four days outThey asked if they could get them the next day (we do have a $rush charge) and so I told them I would slip them in, and then they asked if I could do them in blue inkI told them yes(/ was able to get them the next day with no rush charge)I was not in when they came in to pitheir orderAccording to our counter person there was nothing said at that time other than them being happy excited to get themWe always show a sample of the order at time of pick-upI've been in business for over years and am proud to say I have a large family of return customers who have been with us, many for years or more, some even longerYes I have made mistakes and I do take care of my mistakesOver the years I have found the first thing customers will look at, is their changes, and if there are any problems they are likely to be seen at time of pick upThe next day we received a call from her stating the new number on the cards was incorrectThere was some confusion, as she spoke to our counter person who pulled the customer copy to verify the informationThe customer was irritated to hear the number in question was in fact what she wroteAt that time I was passed the phoneFirst of all, there was no heated conversation on our side, however she was very demanding and excited on asking for us to rerun the cards at no chargeI have in my possession the sample card which has the new number written on it by themI offered to run the cards over for her at half the price being that it wasn't my fault and she refused that and said I needed to rerun them for freeI told her I couldn't do that being that was the number that she had written down and at that point she told me in a sarcastic way, that "I was trying to get this resolved and since I couldn't get it done, now you'll have to deal with my husband", which I took kind of threatening as things go now a days, but nothing came through with that, so as far as not wanting to rerun them, that's not true, as far as having a heated discussion on my side, also not trueShe was excited and determined to get me to do them for free and I explained as I did earlier that we would go half and apparently that wasn't good enough for her and have not had contact with them since, until I received this complaintI am sorry that frivolous and unjustified claims by this disgruntled former customer has extra time to waste your time and mineI guess reporting this to the Revdex.com is there attempt at revengeThank you for your time, *** *** Excelsior Printing *** LARGE ENOUGH TO HANDLE ALL YOUR BUSINESS, AND SMALL ENOUGH TO APPRECIATE IT!

I am rejecting this response because:  his family business should have made my cards and that would have been the end of it.  I will inform everyone and in social media that this is not a place to go to do business.  I tell them they make a mistake and they dont want to correct it.   I guess he doesnt know that frase that say customer is always right. he say all those years in business and for what that they still have to work out of your home.    I will never return to them again.
