The customer service these people offer is horribleFirst, they disclosed the customer's account information with me (not the account holder), and when I called them back to inform them of the Fair Debt Collections Practice Act, the representative yelled at me and didn't even let me finish speaking....and then hung up on meI called back tweo more times to speak with the manager, and he did the same and hung up on me again! I filed a complaint, and a few days later, the supervisor, ***, called me AFTER I called corporate to follow up with my complaintI spoke to him in a calm manner, as I did with the other representativeHe began to yell at me too after I meantioned the FDCPA, and tried to hang up on me as wellHe said he would remove the phone number, but didn't even have the correct phone number to removeNothing was resolved with themHorrible company! Mind you, I am not even a customer of theirsI can only imagine how they speak to their customersI was simply trying to find out their policy regarding disclosing customer information with a third party without the permission of the account holder
