I have the hose that they installed a brake vacume hose not designed for power steeringI did not hit any ice it is a matter of poor judgement using wrong type of hose on the power steering it split

In regards to the complaint listed above we would like to respond. We had in fact worked on this customers vehicle and replaced a pressure power steering hose.
This was replaced with the correct hose. The customer had hit some ice and ripped the original one off his car. After it was replaced we do believe it was hit
once again. When the customer called my mechanic had asked him to bring it in so he could take a look at it. If it would have been the hose that was faulty
it would have been replaced with a warranty. The customer had refused to bring it in and just wanted us to refund his money immediately. My mechanic had in
fact told him that if he did the repair himself we would no longer be liable for any repairs that were done. We only warranty our workmanship and parts if they
are brought back to us to replace. The warranty is only in the name of the business not the customer. When he refused there was absolutely nothing else we
could do. We strive on Customer service and have never had a complaint regarding our services here at Petro's Auto Repair. Our customers are very
important to us.
