We are exclusive, primarily servicing the southern Maryland region.According to our records we at no time had a contract, agreement or even an email request for wedding services Saturday October 4, 2014 for an Excursion limousine. Our fleet does not include an Excursion limousine. We do not operate any vehicle without a signed contract from the client as there is a substantial fine associated with not having a legitimate signed contract. We do not enter into or agree to verbal contracts.Upon conducting research online it appears that the complainant may have made an agreement with Goldstar Limousine out of [redacted], MD [redacted], www.goldstarlimo.net, [redacted]. From the company website it appears that the company has an Excursion limousine.We hope to have this matter resolved ASAP and the correct limousine service communicated with. Perhaps in the future complainant's can make sure the information is true and accurate before submitting a grievance to the Revdex.com. Further we request a written apology from the complainant for filing a false grievance against [redacted] Goldstar Limousine.Regards,

Review: I contacted the above company via e-mail from the website Limos.com in regards to my wedding. I specifically requested the Excursion Limo for our wedding on Saturday October 4th. I paid for the service via credit card over the phone for these services. I never received a paper contract for these services but just had e-mails and phone calls to track the service. Two days prior to my wedding I called to make sure everything was set for Saturday and to clarify that the Excursion was still sset. My fiance was set against a traditional [redacted] limo that is the reason I searched for something different. I was assured that the Excursion would be there as verbally contracted on Saturday morning at 9:15 am. When the limo arrived at the location, which was a local hotel,I was not notified. I was only aware that the limo was there when someone from my bridal party went outside to check. Not knowing which limo was set to arrive she just relayed to be that the limo was here. When I exited the hotel the limo that was there was a white [redacted]. Not the Excursion that I had ordered. I was immediately upset and stated to the driver that this was not the limo that I had ordered. The response was simple, the Excursion was having ac issues when I went to get in it so I made the decision to bring the [redacted]. My concern is that as the customer I should have been contacted to make me aware of the situation and let me make the decision on the limo. It was a nice fall day and we didn't even use the ac. I am appalled at the way it was handled. I just want some sort of resolution and when I reached out via e-mail to the company after our Honeymoon they responded with ignorant e-mails. Mocking the situation etc. I asked for contact information for the owner and the response was thank you god bless. I even expressed to them that I was reaching out to them for a resolution before making a complaint with the Revdex.com and again the response was Thank you God Bless. I don't understand how any company feels that it is ok to conduct business this way. I feel like other potential brides to be should be aware of how they conduct business.Desired Settlement: I do not want or expect a full refund, but I would appreciate a partial refund of the amount as well as a sincere apology from them. I paid $292 for three hours of service and paid the $8 in tolls the day off the wedding in cash. I would appreciate a partial refund as seen fit as well as an apology from the company owner. This is just unacceptable.
