rejecting this response because:As agreed they would issue me half a refund, but Revdex.com will mark this accepted in days which is tomorrow if I don't respondI would have accepted this, but once again they have fail to follow through with their commitment / promisesI'm afraid they want to have me accept the Revdex.com response and in turn keep my money and still not resolve this issue.

Mr. Crouch contacted the customer and resolved the issue this morning.  The customer had paid the Invoice in full and will be refunded the hour she disputed.  We shared Ms. [redacted] comments with Brandon, our service technician and also with our office staff.
