I have been ordering [redacted] from Golfballnut.com for over two years with exceptional results. I recently had a technical difficulty with an order. One call to the company an the issue was resolved in a few moments on the phone. The issue was a security online issue that I applaud them for the tight security.

Review: On 5/26 I placed a golf ball order with Golf Ball Nut.com for $92.62. On 5/31 I received notification that my order had shipped via USPS and was provided a tracking number. On 5/31 I was contact by golf ball nut who informed me that part of my order was out of stock and asked if I would be willing to substitute for another item. I agree and was told they would let shipping know and get my order out that afternoon. As of 6/6 the tracking for my item only showed a pre-shipment info has been sent. I phone Golf Ball Nut.com and left a voicemail on 6/6. On the afternoon of 6/7 I phone a 2nd time, and also send an email. On June 8 I once again phoned and was told that everyone for that department was gone for the day but that they would leave a note for them to call me in the morning. On June 9 I received a call from Golf Ball Nut and was told that my order would be shipped on June 9 and I would receive another tracking number. This was not received on June 9. I call the morning of June 10 and was told that they would check on the order and get back to me. At 3:30pm I had not received a return call.Desired Settlement: Refund and warn others about this business.
