On 8/25/16, we received a return from him. He returned all items except for the PowerMeter. We have refunded him in full. We Contacted the Customer and he indicated that he is satisfied with the outcome. We apologize for any inconvenience that he may have experienced as a result of these purchases. We try very hard to satisfy our customers and to learn from them when they have not had a good experience with us. We offer that he keep the PowerMeter as our gift to him for the in ConvenienCe.
