There was no significant damage to report. Bill was what it should have been. Also should be noted customer told super we were not movers so she could save $500. this customer s bill is justified.
Review: Goman's was very nice to deal with when we hired them until I got my bill after the delivery that was inflated and found my furniture was damaged and they didn't want to deal with fixing it or being responsible for it through their insurance. Also we were told we would have four people helping the day of the delivery and three showed up and when you are being charged by the hour with one less person it wound up cost me more money because the move took a longer period of time. When I paid for the bill on the contract it was written there was damaged furniture before I signed for it on GoMan's invoice.Desired Settlement: I would like the bill reviewed for what I was charged for and re-inburst for the damages.

I am rejecting this response because:The owner never saw the damages and what do they consider no significant damages? One whole piece of my furniture isn't functional anymore and others are damaged where wood is cracked and chipped on furniture. They just don't want to be responsible for the damages.
Review: A DVR was lost during the move and I was charged $300 by DISH. I first notified Goman's a few days after the move when I discovered the equipment was missing. I needed to phone them several times before someone responded. At the time I wanted to make a claim but I was refused.
When I was charged by DISH, I called again to make a claim and have not been called back. Upon saying I wanted to make a claim, I was told I could not be helped.
They are licensed and insured which is why I hired them. I do not understand how a claim is not allowed to be filed and paid.Desired Settlement: Being refunded for what I was charged for the lost equipment
