Review: second vist(1/22/2013): Denist performed a root canal therapy and also pulled a tooth (wisdom tooth upper- right side)that was perfectly fine. I [redacted] did agree to it, but why was it done the same day as the root canal therapy that was far more important work?Second vist: Threatment plain was redone to inculde the carington 500 discount dental plain, a plain I did not have duing the 1st vist(5/10/2012). And he put in the plain to pull the wisdom tooth, however my sister [redacted] thought that one of two root canels where canceled and they where just going to pull one. Because it had been more than 6 mouths from the 1st vist and the tooth was infected for a long time.sencond vist:A Prophlaxis - adult(cleaning)was put in the treatment plain during the 1st vist, but the second vist treatment plain it was taken out and replaced with Perio scale&root pin-4=per quad. And I don't have Periodontal disease. I belive this dentists are just tring to make more money off of me.Desired Settlement: $51.00 of pulling of perfectly good tooth. And I want others to be ware.
