Review: this company and its ceo [redacted] has scammed me out of 2700 dollars to repair my spouses file and create a new credit file for myself he told me that this would have been done in the latest 60 days and it is now more than 8 months later he has not provided the services he will not refund my money and he has also not answered any of my phone calls and refuse to get back to me.....

I am writing in response to the complaint filed by [redacted] against our company .

We have tried to please [redacted] after delivering the requested service he paid for. His frustration was that American Express cancelled his 2 Credit Cards he received through our assistance after helping with a high credit score. I have attached his credit report confirming our work.

AMEX sometimes audit and require proof of income from new members and [redacted] probably exaggerated his Salary on the application and AMEX could not verify it thus, closed his accounts. He has a Video using our own service to indirectly start up his new company see link: [redacted]

We refused to accept his request as a broker to represent our company and this resulted to this string of animosity and negative remark he gave.

We helped him and his girlfriend clear their credit and went even beyond what we were supposed to do . We have never had any complaint ever from any client rather good testimonials of clients like this:

His statement that we scammed him is completely false. A scammer cannot give him an excellent credit. Also, he locked us out from accessing his girlfriend's credit because, we monitor clients file to prove evidence of our work as their score rises.

This is a gentleman I met face to face at our office on Wall Street. took to lunch and Dinner and that have access to my personal cell phone.

The core of this issue is our refusal to make him a broker. We do not allow an incompetent person to represent our company.

I hope you will evaluate my response and review the proofs to remove this negative remark because; [redacted] is only using this false information to attack our company being that we are his competition .
