DON'T DO IT!! I dropped a one a kind handmade purse off to have the zipper redoneThey told me it would take a week to repairAfter a week an a half I did not received a call so I called themI was told "zippers were on back order and it would be another week or so"I waited another three weeks to call back and follow upI was told the purse was ready and I could come inI came into the shop(minutes away from where I live) to get the purse and they brought out someone else's purseWhen I told them it wasn't my purse the owner said she made a mistake and they couldn't find the purseI was told they would find it and make sure it was fixed and that they had some issues in the shop and sorryI told them I needed it shipped to me when they got it because I did not live in the areaI was told they would do soAfter a week I didn't receive the purse, called and asked and the following week I received it(so probably didn't send it when they said they would the first time.) I get the purse today and there is a big splotch of adhesive or something on the underside which RUINED the leatherI've never dealt with such unprofessionalism in my life! This is from Greece and a has a special meaning to me and now it is RUINEDAll for just needing a new zipperIt's a *** shameDon't bring anything here!

Do not use this placeThere service would be stars if possibleI dropped off a leather Coach duffle bag for a zipper repairI was quoted on a week turnaround on June 24thI thought that weeks for a zipper replacement was a bit lengthy but I left my bag thereWell weeks came and went no word from the store on the status of my bagI called on July 25th to check the status and I was told the person working in the store only dealt with the shoe repair section and that my bag was sent out for repair and wasn't in the storeI was told that by the end of business on the 25th I would be contacted by the luggage repair department about my bag's repair statusNeedless to say the 25th came and went with no communication from the storeI just called the store again today August 1st, same guy answered the call this time he said he was the owner and that he had forgotten to call me back for a week aka the repair wasn't complete yet and customers don't matter once they have your moneyThe owner got an attitude and began to raise his voice as if I was disturbing him from reipoing other peolle offI told the owner that the service was poor and he gave me an excuse that they had been so busy and putting a zipper on a bag was labor intensiveI asked well what about informing the customer about the status of there propertyThe owner replied that my bag would be ready August 2nd after 12:aka my bag still isn't in the storeIn conclusion go to *** *** unless you liked being jerked around and overpay for terrible service
