It Appears most of what has been said has been out of anger amplification," bait and switch" that a cars sales , Not a service,, we been doing this for over years,also we have our bad and good days, most people allow us the send someone else to redo it asap or refund 100% on inspection, to ask for 100% money back Blind with out checking it out, is not a honest or fair way to get a refund, we would go out of business giveing blind refunds? however with seeing or inspecting the property by our manager as way to help resolve this, With out a inspection, Husband us wanted us to shut up, return money with OutVerifying anythnig at all,? and the husband was not there and seeme to do all the complianing , ?there is NO excuse for a bad or unproffessionial tech Carpet cleaner, we get that However if we could have inpected the property % Refund would have been in order,, the Husband make sounds like the tech asulted her as using words like confrontation ? the tech is a kid years and is LBS Wet,the wife never said over the phone that was the case, she was nice on the phone, said nothing bad at all never, and the kids driver blocked in driveway was overstated.He parked the truck to clean the carpet, Mian thing here they didnt need to go back to property refund would been done remote over the phone,It sound we were pressed to clean for tenant to move it< we won the super service award with agie List , every co have good and bad daysmainly Carpet cleaners,

For your reference, details of why I am rejecting this response appear below:I've read the response and it is filled with excuses and assumptions. My statements were not based on emotion they are the exact accounts that my wife explained to me in great detail. I understand I'm the one filling this out and that I wasnt there but that is irrelevant because I'm only filling this out for my wife because she is not tech savvy enough to submit this through the computer.As we've explained this to your manager before you were cleaning a rental property of which we had a tenant moving in not long after you finished attempting to clean the carpets. When my wife attempted to contact you guys to resolve the issue you could not make it out to inspect the property in a time frame that would work. Had you inspected it the same day it could have been resolved. The fact is we could not move a tenant into a house with messed up carpets due to the very poor work performed. We needed the problem resolved immediately. The good thing for us is our normal carpet cleaning company stepped in and cleaned up the mess your worker performed in our rental property. I understand why you want to inspect it but you must understand that in our circumstance we DO NOT want to provide poor service to our tenants by handing the keys over to a house that was not acceptable. All in all because your company failed to perform the service we needed it cost us double the normal cost to have our property's carpet cleaned. We'd appreciate a full refund for this and we will agree that we will never use your service again.
