We had Goodwin Plumbing come in and redo all our pipes and our hot water heater. It has been a while(less than a year) and during this time we have had some personal issues. so we didn't look very well at the job they did. Now that we have been able to look we are very disappointed. Pipes are in the way.We have a 100 year old house and need to jack up the floors to level them.He said if he would of known the house needed to be jacked up he would of put the pipes in differently. In order to do this now we have to move the water pipes. They left the old cast iron pipe in the ceiling loose. It could fall on someone. Other pipes that were suppose to be removed are just hanging. Then my washer went out. They put in the hook up for it and when we moved the old washer out the faucet leaks. When I told him about it he thought maybe I didn't know how to shut it off. Then said he would see if there was a recall on them. When I inquired about a warranty he said yes there was. Told him I would like it replaced before the new washer came. He said if I was having a washer put in it wouldn't leak anymore. Very disappointed in them. And for this we paid 6,300.00
