In reference to the complaint from [redacted], account # [redacted], our last trouble report was May 27, 2014.  This issue was resolved with replacing a DSL phone filter that was defective.  When we received the Revdex.com complaint, we immediately contacted the customer on July 7, 2015.  Mr....

[redacted] informed our Outside Plant manager, [redacted] that he did not want a visit or any testing of his service.  Mr. [redacted] asked him to allow us to come to his premises to make sure there were no issues.  Customer indicated he would call us back for an appointment time.  We have called the customer July 10 and July 15 to attempt to schedule the appointment.  Both times, we got a no answer and left a voice message to call our office.We feel we have sufficiently followed up on this complaint with no cooperation from the customer in allowing diagnostic testing.  [redacted]Director, Customer RelationsTEC601.[redacted]
