This place is crooked and they scam people I bought an Isuzu off of them the back of the car was rusted so bad I didn't know this till a week later I took it back to them and they welded a plate inside the bumper then 5 months later u took it back to them to get inspected and they told me it wouldn't pass inspection cause the back end was too rusted so basically they sold me a car that wouldn't pass inspection and the refused to do anything but offer me 2000 dollars on a car I owed 5000 on know how is this fair please don't shop there....

Review: I purchased a vehicle from Gordon's Auto on October 3, 2015 for over $7000.00 and paid by check. On November 12th I still had not received the title and registration, I contacted the dealership and was told that it would be coming shortly. I finally received the registration on November 18th, but my name was incorrect, so I have been trying to get that corrected. However, on Wed. November 25th, 2015 I received a letter from the PA Department of Transportation saying that my check for the transfer bounced! I didn't write a check to the PA Department of Transportation, Gordons Auto Sales did. It was presented to the bank for payment twice, once on 10/23 and than again on 10/30, both times it was returned as uncollectible. I called today and spoke with the salesman who sold us the car Tim Dye, who was rude and told me that it was a bank error. I asked that he have the owner of the company call me, as I have never written a bad check in my life. I faxed a copy of the notice I received from the PA DOT to the dealership and asked that they provide me with a copy of the cashier's check and tracking number as well as a letter explaining to PA DOT that it was their check that bounced not mine. I again requested a call from the owner of the dealership.

As of 3:30pm, I had not received any of the documentation I requested, nor had I received a call from the owner of the dealership, so I called them. I spoke with the owner, Diane [redacted], who told me the cashiers check was sitting on her desk, I again asked for a copy of the check and tracking information with regards to the mailing info. I also requested to see a copy of the letter to the PA DOT explaining that their check bounced, she hung up on me. I called back and spoke with Tim, who hung up on me as well.Desired Settlement: I would like documentation showing where they paid the bill to the PA DOT as well as a letter stating that my check did not bounce, theirs did. At this time, I would request a refund $2000.00, as I have contacted an attorney regarding my legal rights because my driver's license is being threatened.

The notice pertains to theregistration and sales tax for the vehicle purchased at Gordons Auto Sales, Inc. It also givesnotice that failure to respond to this matter will result in the vehicle title and registration notbeing issued. (in this case)Within a reasonable amount of time, from [redacted] faxing Gordons Auto Sales ,lnc acopy of the notice, a cashiers check was obtained and mailed to PENNDOT. (Friday November27, 2015.)The phone conversation was very unproductive with [redacted]. I do not expect myemployees to withstand the profanity and offensive language she chose to use.
