Review: On 4/*/15 at exactly 10:01 am I called the salon to try to get a sense of their opening for the day. The [redacted] expressed that it's busy and advised me to come in the afternoon. I asked what time and she advised 4pm. I told her that is later than i'd like and said goodbye.I called back at 10:41 am and asked to make a reservation for the following week. She asked what time and I said 10 am. She paused and told me I cant make a reservation. I asked if there were openings and she didnt reply. She confirmed that that the site does take reservations but when I asked if I can make one she replied no, im busy. I asked if I could call back to make a reservation, she said no. I then asked, so u won't take a reservation from me and she replied no. I ended the call.
