[redacted] said there was a 30 day drive tran and motor warrenty.[redacted] told me to take to Brenengen to get fixed, so I did. Now he won't pay the Brenengen bill. This is pretty plan and simple. The man is a liar!If he doesn't pay it or if he does I want this in the files at Revdex.com so other customers know what type of person he is.
Gr8Buy was notified of an issue with this vehicle and had tried to work through the issues with the customer. First the customer complained that the truck was "clunking" into reverse when it was cold. We took it to our mechanic and no issues were found. The customer was still not satisfied and asked if they could take it to a transmission shop in Wilton WI. We agreed to pay that invoice. A service of the transmission was performed and the bill was covered by Gr8Buy Auto. The customer came back several days later and complained of a noise coming from behind the instrument panel. We again offered to have our mechanic look at the problem. The customer did not want to have anything to do with the shop we were using as they had not heard positive things about them. I told the customer to take it to the Dodge dealer and find out what the problem was. Two days later we received a call from the customers husband informing us that the truck will need a new transmission and that they have already spent approximately $1800 so far. We stated that there was no authorization to perform work by Gr8Buy and that they would be responsible for any cost incurred. The customer compiled an estimate of work needed to be done to the truck from the Chrysler dealer and presented it to me about four days after this phone call. We stated that any work performed by Brenengen would be at the expense of the customer. They chose to get the truck repaired and pay the bill of $3600.00. This is the second response by Gr8Buy to the same complaint for the same issue.
