Review: On March 3, 2013, I and a companion had dinner at Graces. I paid the bill in the amount of $80.19 using my [redacted] money card. I left a cash tip of $16.00. On March 4, when I checked my [redacted] money card account, I found that Graces charged me $96.22 although the bill was $80.19. I immediately contacted Graces and informed them of the problem and was advised that I would have to provide proof of my accusation. After work, I stopped by Graces and provided a copy of my [redacted] money card statement showing the discrepancy. A Graces representative advised me that they would investigate and someone would contact me the next day. The next day, I checked my account and discovered that the proper amount of $80.19 was deducted from my account. To date, Graces has not contacted me. At the very least I would have expected an explanation and/or an apology.Desired Settlement: I would like to received an explanation and/or an apology.
