Fraud contracts. Will quote cheap, take deposit, and never finish work.I hired a [redacted] from Grafton Refrigeration to install a 15 door walk in display cooler for [redacted] including all the labor, material, plumbing, and electrical work. I have paid is [redacted] so far and has only completed 50% of the work and even that is very poor quality by any standards. He promised to complete it in 1 week and is now more than 3 weeks behind. He used up all the money on previous projects that he was behind on and now he wants more money to finish. He has been doing this for years and I'm surprised no one filed a complaint. Do not fall for his cheap quote and promises. I would not even let him do anything for free. He is a fraud by all means. He even stole stuff from my store.Desired SettlementI want refund for whatever money I'm going to end up spending with another contractor to complete this project. I also want refund for lost business by not opening the store 3 weeks earlier.Business Response He Doesn't pay his bills or his contractors, we have 90% of the work done and hes not paying on completions of work The Painter found out the hard way. He never has been paid in full and his job has been completed for over 60 days. We did a very nice job for him at a good price and would like to finish the job ,But we also need to get paid for the work we have done.

HelloI have bought a walk in cooler with all refrigeration parts.from this company as of contract it supposed to be 6'x12'. They have brought a 6'x10'. I said OK they put the walls up, they put a blown compressor on unit that never worked, They illegally wired the freezer without no permits from the city, I hired electrician to rewire the whole thing.they always promised to complete the job but never showed up. after about 6 months I finally contact them through craigslist and they come and replaced the blown compressor with another bad one didn't worked, since then they are not answering my phone calls or fixing the freezer, it almost been 1 year I paid them 4900$ in checks (that I have proof of it. I gave them to superior court but they didn't show up, owners name is [redacted]. His number is XXX-XXX-XXXX. they also doing business as a soundstorm restaurant equipment.Product_Or_Service: Walk in freezerDesired SettlementI want this unit to be complete and working or a refund of my money. 4900$ is a big amount that I can't throw it away, I work extremely hard to earn money.Thank you.
