The "hole" that is referred to is a 2" vent pipe that was inadvertently left in place when the plumbing was rerouted.On Monday April 20th, Graham Builders project manage, [redacted] met with [redacted], roofing company, [redacted] and [redacted] of [redacted]...
[redacted].The area of concern on the roof was cut open and inspected for moisture or mold and found that there was no evidence of either. This was acknowledged by the owner [redacted]. The roof was resealed. [redacted] will be forwarding a mold assessment report to us showing no mold present.?
