Had a shed (Serial [redacted] ) installed in Oct which carries a one year warranty Shingles started falling off about 6-weeks ago to which we called the [redacted] facility where we purchased the shed - only to learn the was closed and to contact the [redacted] warehouse ###-###-#### for repair No live answering so left messages multiple times Since then, more shingles are falling and now the base sheet is starting to tear exposing the wood sheeting We called the main headquarters last week (spoke with a ***) who assured me he would escalated the call with [redacted] and someone will call We also called the [redacted] number each day trying to get someone to call Another week has passed and no one has contacted us

We purchased a shed that included on-site "leveling" and it was supposed to be installed by "professionals" Well the "professionals" were ok but not greatThey miss-fired on a ton of nails during the build and left the nails in place instead of pulling them out so now on the inside of the shed we have sharp nails sticking out of some wallsMy main concern involves the "on-site leveling" of the shedThey used one stone block for the corner but for the rest of the structure they used tar paper roofing shinglesNot one or two to level it out but whole packs of tar paper roof shinglesThis is a heavy structure and having it rest on a non load bearing item is unacceptableAlso since we live in [redacted] the tar paper shingles (resting on dirt and grass mind you) are going to degrade very quickly in the winter rains and I will be left with a giant tar and asphalt mess in the middle of my yardI called into the company and expressed my concern and was told that it is fine they do it all

I purchased a tuff shed in January of from the Tukwila location and part of the contract included Tuff Shed painting the shedThe shed was to arrive pre-painted with the need of a second coat of paint that Tuff Shed would applyI was told by Charles K [redacted] , the sales agent, that they would schedule the second coat of paint to be applied when they weather improvedIt is now July 3, 2018, and they have yet to schedule a time to apply the second coat of paintI have emailed MrK [redacted] several times and have left him a voicemail messageI sent the first reminder email to schedule the time to apply the second coat of pain on May 17, MrK [redacted] responded and said he would schedule thisAfter not hearing anything from him, I emailed him again on June 23, asking him to schedule a time for the paintHe has not responded to that emailI have already paid for this paint to be appliedI would like assistance in getting them to honor the contract and apply the second

I designed and ordered a shed from tuffshed Milwaukee through Craig K***I wanted to leave a deposit when I ordered and the balance to be paid upon completionHe told me it was there policy for smaller building to pay in full when orderingSo I did When the shed was delivered, they didn't have all the components to complete the shed and said they would be back next week and finish itIt has been three weeks and it is still not finishedAnd I have not heard back from anyone at tuffshed in days after they told me they would have it finished by yesterday

I spent more than two weeks working with a representative to get the building design I needed We finalized that last week on about June 6/21/and as a result I went to apply for my building permit on 6/23/using that informationI received my permit via US mail on 6/28/and I contacted Tuff Shed to set up a time for the delivery and erection of my new shedWhen I contacted Tuff Shed I was sent the final info to set up an erection date, I again stressed that I needed a foot in the clear door opening I was informed that the door opening would not be foot but would be 6'-8"I spent over two weeks working with a repto work out this detail and upgraded the shed several times now I am told the opening that I was suppose to get will in fact not be thereI informed Tuff Shed this was not what I agreed to their response was another upgrade adding another $1,the price

I ordered a 30'X30' garage, May 8, The job has not been completed, there were workmanship issues with the work that was performed, the crew used materials from my house build for the garage that have not been reimbursed, the architect did not use the correct building code for Larimer County that accounts for wind speeds of mph second bursts, the garage door was not to code, the crew left with a hole in the roof, and many many more issues Also, the sales consultant, ***, use about the [redacted] community

I purchased a shed from Tuff Shed in [redacted] and paid in full at the time of purchaseI waited over two months for the shed to be installed Finally, the day arrived for the shed to be installed and the installers failed to complete the installationThey simply laid the door in the doorway without actually installing itI had to call several times and never could get through to customer serviceI ended up working through the sales rep to get the crew back out to finish installation They screwed a door that weighed over 100ibs on with flimsy screws and called it doneA month later, the door fell off the shed I called customer service three times and never got a call backI hired a contractor to put the door back on Two months pass and I get a collection notice from Tuff Shed for a balance I was not aware of nor agreed to ever payI paid for the shed and installation all at once, up front Typical to Tuff Shed, they have not been responsive to messages

I Purchased (2) buildings from Tuff Shed First purchase was 06/20/Second purchase was 03/23/Both buildings are fallen apart whereas the outside elements are destroying my content [redacted] said that I could not afford to pay his company the service fees.(per hour.)He said for me to go to [redacted] ***The company Warranty states that my investments are under warranty for seven years and well beyondThe advertisement advertised on TV in was that the buildings would last a lifetimeI trusted them is the reason that I eventually bought another building

Tuff shed in Reno Nevada installed my building on March after a snowstorm and rain which left them a muddy environment to work inWhen the guys got the building up they said they had to go do another install and they would have to come back to complete ours because the trim above the door did not fit due to the vent hole being cut way too big I was told by [redacted] where I purchased the tough shed and by the representative sitting in the Reno Nevada location that the buildings are painted very heavily before they are brought out and once installed they are given a full second coatSo my assumption was when they returned to finish trim they would also paint the 2nd coatWhen Nate called the next day to say he was on his way he stated he would finish trim and do the paint touch upI responded that I expected a full second coat of paint as promised his response was whatever was necessaryHe got here he saw the mud all over the building and proceeded to take pictures with his phone stating that was a big no-noWe had to provide him with wire brush to clean all of the mud off of the buildingHe then installed the trim and the vent cover and appeared to be putting paint on the trimI never actually witnessed the building itself being painted but when I questioned him he said that he hadSo I proceeded to go around the entire building touching the surface from top to bottom and I found maybe one or two spots where the paint was a little bit tacky yet I could also see there were nails with no paint on them a chip on several pieces of the wood siding that had no paint on them which indicated to me that he did not fully paint the entire surface of every sideRather than argue with him I called the Reno location and spoke with the general manager Ray [redacted] I expressed what I was told and what I felt I was still due and he agreed and apologized and said he would have someone out today to take care of itI just received a call from Nate at 1:that he would be here shortlyIt Is 2:pm on May 4, The wind is blowing here in Sparks NV and we expect thunderstorms tonight.....I am now watching Nate work because I'm not comfortable taking his word for itThe building quality is goodVery happy with thatBut VERY unhappy that I had to take it to this levelI should have read Revdex.com reviews and [redacted] reviews prior to purchaseSo shame on me

I ordered a shed from Tuff Shed through [redacted] on 8/7/and was told by the representative at [redacted] that someone from Tuff Shed would contact me with information within the next couple of days I did not hear from them until 8/14/with my purchase order number and a phone number to call to set up scheduling if I didn't hear from the scheduler I called about 8/16/and left a message but never heard back I proceeded to call and email periodically from this point and heard through email that scheduling was supposed to call and confirm delivery but never received a call back It is now 9/13/and after leaving messages and emailing this whole week I have still not heard anything back

We had a 6' x 6' shed installed in NovemberIt was purchased at the [redacted] locationThe crew that installed the shed was sub-contracted and they broke the glass globe on an exterior light fixtureThe lead of the crew alerted me to the damage which was greatHe informed me that Tuff Shed is not liable for any damage the sub-contractors do, so he told me to find out how much a new one would cost and that he would pay for itAfter finally finding the same light fixture, which is years old, I couldn't find a glass replacementI informed the contractor that I had found the fixture but not the replacement glassI got no response from him after several attemptsIn the meantime I had contacted Tuff Shed several times alsoI understand that Tuff Shed does not cover damage caused by their subs, but when their subs won't respond where do you go? They kept giving me the run around that so and so would contact me, but never heard from anyoneI was never told at the time of purcha

We bought and paid for a 10xshed at ***  [redacted] Jackson, MIwithin a week someone from Tuff Shed called us to verify the delivery date and setup date which was Monday Dec11th pushed way ahead from November 22nd as promisedNow they called again today and said they cant come out until Friday December 15th and I told him to [redacted] and hung up on himI already asked for a cancellation and George said at Tuff Shed they have our shed built already and we cannot cancel it nowI am telling you someone better cancel this order or the next call I make is coming from my attorneyBECAUSE [redacted] did NOT keep there end of the saleI havent recieved my shed yet and I will not wait another *** day! This is ridiculous!

The Louisville office sent me a defective shedThree of the four sides have large chunks out of themThe team from the local tuff shed left a shed % built last Wednesday June 27th @ PM never to returnThere is a sales person at the Louisville office that is one of the only ones that help me at that branchHowever, since he is in sales, he sez its out of his handsHe and another women told me the building crew would come to work again on my shed the 4th of JulyWe waited here til noon the 4th..ZEROI sent Dave S [redacted] the area manager a long email last weekend hoping to hear back from himZERO!! #the shed is damaged and the builders said I would have to live with it and they would try and make it look 1/way decent#no lock or handle on the door so it swings wild in the wind almost tearing it off the hinges.#I paid for a tear out of my old shed and there are still lots of parts on my lawn from that, but even though I pasd for a tear out they dont want to remove#

I had Tuff Shed build me a shed that was built on my property in August A follappointment with the [redacted] city inspector was required by the city to ensure the structure passed the city codesThe city requires that the Shed have metal anchors that burrow into the ground with cement added to secure the anchorsThe cement cannot be added until a city inspector passes the shed/structureAs such, I have two holes about feet deep waiting for cement to be poured and a final inspection to occur A follappointment never occurred nor has Tuff Shed called me back In an attempt to resolve this matter I called the Tuff Shed office ( [redacted] ***) timesEach time I called I got a receptionist or a co-worker who told me that [redacted] would call me backAt no time have I ever received a call back from [redacted] or anyone from Tuff Shed at [redacted] I left messages with my name and number and what was outstanding (final inspectio

Bought a $2,12xTuff Shed and had it installed 8/26/ I had marked where it was to be installed on the cementThe installers arrived hours late and did not appear to speak much EnglishThey installed the shed a foot over the line blocking a [redacted] meter! The door is hung wrong and won't shut without being forced closed We called Tuff Shed and complained to both the Manager(a lady) and the man in charge of the Installation Contractors Both said there was nothing they could do even though the shed was installed in the wrong place, blocking the [redacted] meter, and the door was hung wrong! We told them it was illegal to block the meter and they said it's not their problem!

We purchased a tuff shed on 7/2/through [redacted] *** Tough Shed gave us a date of 7/30/to build the shed Their phone number is 502-671- They understand that our shed permit expires on 8/29/ They called or days before to cancel (we were not given a reason why except things happen) They rescheduled us for 8/9/ They did not show up I left the company several VM's (it is not an option to hold on) and my calls were not returned At 4:that afternoon Ashleigh from tough shed call and asked it the installers had showed up and I told her no I asked her for a manager as I had already lost two days of work because of this She connected me to Dave the GM Dave told me that the installers did not show up for work and they had hired new installers who were in training next week He offered a discount and rescheduled us for 8/27/ Dave told me "no matter what " our shed would be installed that day even if we have to "bump" someone so I took off work again on

one tuff shed were purchased on march and a second one on march the town they are to be erected in requires an engineers spec that was purchased on march at that time we were told it would take to weeks to get them we were in constant communication with area manager randy d [redacted] with no avail I than called his supervisor gary k [redacted] I was told that he would check on it and get back with me in an hour or two the next day I called him back and was told he was on a conference call and would call me back that was a week ago it is now april and still no specs this is interfering with moving and I feel this is no way to run a business

I got my new Tuffshed on 7/31/ Overall, I was very pleased with the structure, and I immediately put it to good use By spring of 2015, I noticed shingles slipping down on the south side of the shed I pushed them back into position, but just a few days later, I had a patch of about five shingles lying on the ground They had completely pulled off of the nails that were supposed to be holding them in place I called the Tuffshed Warranty service, and after having them blow me off a couple times, they finally sent someone out to fix the shingles The fix? Slide the damaged shingles back on to the roof and throw a couple more nails in them The repairman they sent out told me that the installers had nailed straight through the shingles because they had their compressor set too high Spring of 2016, more shingles were starting to slide down on the same side of my roof Knowing what kind of service I was going to get from Tuffshed, I just pushed the shingles back into place and put some more nails in By the next spring (2017), the entire side of the roof had shingles slipping out of place I couldn’t move one shingle without another one sliding down I used some construction adhesive to try to keep the worst ones in place I had my insurance adjuster and roofer both take a look at the shed roof They both said the workmanship was faulty They blew nails straight through the shingles, and left a lot of nails exposed without caulking them They both suggested I call the warranty service again, since I have a couple more years left on it So I called again They took my name and number and said someone would contact me That was three weeks ago, and I’ve heard NOTHING To add insult to injury, the recorded message you hear when you’re on hold with the warranty service talks about how much pride they take in their 5-year warranty and how much they value customers It says they will repair or replace anything that is a result of faulty workmanship and blah blah blah It’s pretty nauseating to listen to all of that from a company that is currently giving you the runaround

Specifications not fulfilled in the construction of the building - specifically square feet of drywalling, taping and mudding - this was $of the bundled fees Lack of communication about the zoning and permit issues

I had bought a display model tuff shed at a [redacted] recently and had problems receiving the product We had paid for it, but the company will not follow thru on deliveryThey miss promised dates they say they will deliver, no calls, no contactHave went into store times, called dozens, they will not deliverSo after talking with some of the [redacted] staff, I found out they have sold this particular "TUFF SHED DISPLAY" numerous times and it never gets delivered, The one I bought turns out has been sold many timesI think they count on delaying people to defraud them of thier money.I am in the process of contacting the CFPB and possible local law enforcement, but will start with Revdex.com Thanx [redacted] *  [redacted]
