Review: The attitude of staffs was very bad. The front deak waiter insisted that in order to keep the dimsum business lively and profitable, everyone (especially 1s or 2s) had to agree to sit at a shared tables. After a word with the [redacted], he finally permitted to let me dine by myself at a private table (which is probably small enough to fit 4 max). After enjoying dimsum for 30 minutes, another waiter stormed in and he brought another customer to the table, without both the [redacted]'s and the customer's consent. [redacted] came by and he didn't explain to me why he broke his promise. The arrogance - of either share or leave - was close to hostility. Customer should have full right to insist on his or her own table.

Review: While eating at the restaurant on Sunday August [redacted]. My family and I were charged $8 for tea that was never offered, accepted, asked for, or ever even received. We questioned the charges to the waiter who told us it was their policy to charge every customer for tea regardless of whether or not it was ordered or consumed.Desired Settlement: I want their policy changed to stop them from basically stealing from customers. There are no signs, there are no menus, and it is never communicated to any customers prior to sitting down for a meal. Their service I am referring to is the dim sum service where push carts are pushed and you order a la carte.
