I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my dispute
I continue to stand by the fact that no appointments to resolve the issue were set with an exact date and time nor was there any confirmation I was asked to get some matching paint at my own expense and to leave it out and they would drop by at some point I was only contacted on a Friday around 7:at night by *** stating he was in the area and could come by This is not an appointment, but a last minute notice I had just left my home and could not return, so I asked him to please arrange for another time He actually said he was glad because it had been a long day and he had a long drive back to his home There has been not further attempt by them to set up an appointment to resolve the issue Infact my phone calls have gone unanswered and messages have not been returned I have had no other companies work externally on my house previous to the roofing repair that they did and therefore the damage was caused during the roofing and/or gutter installation I believe damages occurred when the gutters were installed The first installation of the gutters had to be completely redone because the color that I ordered was not what was installed on my house The gutter and downspout company that *** and *** hired had to return out to my house and remove, then reinstall the correct gutters and down spouts When I met with both *** and *** they actually were the ones to suggest using part of the insurance money to put towards other projects, I believe that is illegal I have not demanded money as it is not my nature to do so I am a single mother of small children and just ask that the damages that occurred to my home by this company were repaired professionally and in a timely matter so that I will not be fined by my homeowners association After seeing the tone of the responses, I feel that both men have become hostile on their end and I am not comfortable with them on my property

Please enter your reason(s) for rejecting the business response below.There we absolutely not appointments set and confirmed to resolve the complaint In fact Lee never spoke to me or bothered to return any phone calls or emails at all An employee did on one occasion call at 7:PM on a Friday evening and state that he was on his way to resolve the issue That time was not a set appointment and I had just left my home I welcome seeing correspondence proving the set appointments No further appointments were set I have documents stating that there is a remainder balance that was to be put toward future fence repair Given my mistrust of this company, I would not like them to do anymore work on my home The issue has not been resolved and the damage remains to my home This is going on a year

Her accusations and statements are totally untrue .she has made a direct demand  to me giving her money from the claim threatening a Bibb complaint if I don't pay which is against the law and illegal. Both [redacted] and I have gone above and beyond trying to make this woman happy and she is blamed things that other companies or other people have done on us and I have scheduled three appointments and she has not shown up for them I do have proof and emails and correspondence confirming appointment set and the person she refers to in her response is not an employee he's co owner of the company and she knows that .
