At this time, I have been contacted directly by Grandview Cleaners regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
"margin: 0in 0in 10pt;" class="MsoNormal">The [redacted] of the business showed up at my business without an appointment and made a scene Thankfully I didn't have any clients in my lobby I respectfully tried to speak to her but she was shouting, acting erratically and I could tell I wasn't going to get anywhere with her Because of her behavior I had to ask her to leave....She repeatedly did say because she wasn't a member of the Revdex.com she didn't care about my complaint I don't want to pursuit this further because clearly we are dealing with someone who is not willing to be a professional and could possibly be unstable

Review: We have been using Grandview Cleaners to clean our Doctor's coats for several years. They pick up at the practice. I had 2 CLOTH tablecloths that I needed cleaned. I called the cleaners and asked them how much they would be - they gave me an approximate price between $25 - $35. I thought this was a reasonable. When they returned the tablecloths the bill was $310.00. I was clearly shocked and called them. I spoke with [redacted] (?) who said that the table cloths were very special and made of plastic and that that is what it cost. Never did they call me to let me know that the price was going to be that high. I explained I would never have agreed to that and can we work something out - and they should give their clients a heads up. They said they would take 10% off - I felt that was unacceptable so I paid them $56 because I felt that was fair. When they received the check [redacted] (sp?) called my practice - yelling at my voice mail saying she was going to come to my practice and "make trouble". I returned her call and left a message - she called me back and left another message saying she was coming to meet me face to face and she was going to - once again - "make trouble" This threat is unacceptable but frankly I couldn't have this nut come to my place of business so I agreed to pay $128 more to avoid confrontation - I just couldn't believe they would be flexible especially since I have been a really good client....Desired Settlement: Communicate to Grandview Cleaners that clients should be treated better and they should have better communication as far as discussing pricing AND to not threaten their clients with coming to their business to "make trouble"

Review: I have been customer for 5 years. I sent a shirt in (part of a two pieces) and they ruined it..bleached it in effort to get out a spot and made it worse and then refused to reimburse or dye it back or do anything except "spot it again." Their receipt says they have liability up to 10 times. They are unprofessional and lied about bleaching it. They then said it's my fault as I did not include both pieces and I should c all the store! In Israel!Desired Settlement: I need to replace the shirt as it is part of an outfit and unwearable, spotted, bleached out and ruined.

First of all, [redacted] has been our customer for 17 years and over, not as she stated “five years". She said that we bleached her top, which we never did. We rarely use bleach unless requested by the customers. She complained the color of the top is different from her outer sweater. At the time she brought in the two pieces to show me, comparing the two pieces; the outer sweater seems like she only wear and clean couple times but the top has wear and clean much more often than the outer sweater. Therefore we confirmed with her, and she said "Yes". According to our 40 years’ experience in dry cleaning, any kind of color garment will fade little by little over years in the process of dry cleaning.

At time she dropped her top for cleaning, there was a big spot, so my spotter tried to get out the stain. During the spotting, the color around the stain has faded a little bit. When she brought back the top, we offered to cover the faded area for her, but she refuse to do it. She wants us to dye the whole top as same color as the outer sweater, however we cannot do it, it's not our fault, we never "bleached" the top as she stated

Solution 1: cover the color faded area we did around the stain area.

Solution 2: reimburse $30 maximum.

Ok to resolve it but first you should pay for the cleaning . ( you call the credit card company try to dispute $63.75, you owe me 63.75 now) Otherwise, we will not agree on anything.
