I have attached a copy of the response to the Revdex.com for [redacted] ***'s initial complaint concerning this incident in August of 2016.We are willing to reimburse our members credit card late fee and returned payment fees in his account, if our members credit card company will not waive the fees after we write a letter to the Credit card company concerning the events that took placeWe would ask that our member pay those and then provide us a receipt or letter stating these fees were paid by our memberIn the letter we write to our member's credit card company we will ask for consideration for them to return our member's rate to the prior rate before payment was marked lateOur member can dispute with the credit bureau the late payment notation, or request his credit card company dispute it if they accept our letterWe can not submit a dispute to the credit bureau for a different organization than ourselvesWe would like to work with our member.Our member can work directly with Mary W [redacted] , COO 801-288-Mary W left a message for [redacted] to contact her today February 6th.In this new complaint [redacted] states that he has contacted Mary Wseveral times, and have mailed her the requested information seven times, but as of to date, the bank has never respondedMary W has not heard from [redacted] or seen anything come in the mail from himWe would like to finalize this for Mr***Please have Mr [redacted] contact the Credit Union directly so we may assist him in finishing this processPlease let us know what our next steps are

Our member made the cash deposition August 1, close to 2:PMOur funds availability statement on the ATM does stay their maybe a hold placed on depositsThe ATM deposits for our card holders/ members is held for business days and foreign card holders business daysUnfortunately
with fraud, some deposits that have been made are an empty envelope and if we give immediate credit and our staff has not pulled the deposits from the ATM for review and processing into our GL fraudsters can remove money from their account and our institution will take a loss. My staff did review the deposit on August 2, and processed it into our GLMy staff did not remove the hold that is automatically placed by the ATMOur members credit card payment attempted to clear in the morning of August 3, 2016, but the ATM hold was still in place until the afternoon of August 3, Because the credit card payment was returned, our member was charged a return item fee of $We did refund this fee to our member's account We are willing to reimburse our members credit card late fee and returned payment fees in his account, if our members credit card company will not waive the fees after we write a letter to the Credit card company concerning the events that took placeWe would ask that our member pay those and then provide us a receipt or letter stating these fees were paid by our member.In the letter we write to our member's credit card company we will ask for consideration for them to return our member's rate to the prior rate before payment was marked lateOur member can dispute with the credit bureau the late payment notation, or request his credit card company dispute it if they accept our letterWe can not submit a dispute to the credit bureau for a different organization than ourselves.We would like to work with our member, but currently have no valid phone numbers for our memberPlease have our member update his information with our institution.Our member can work directly with Mary W***, COO ###-###-####.
