I walked in with my prescription in hand and found a pair of glasses that I love (after searching for weeks!)Unfortunately they were the only store in the city that doesn't want my moneyThey said that if I would have come there for my vision screening they would have gotten to know me and would been willing to work with my insurance, but because they have found my insurance provider to be difficult to understand, they didn't want to help meI wasted my entire lunch break trying on glasses and was ready to pay any difference in cost to get the frames I lovedI have been to *** *** *** *** *** *** *** and at least other optometrists who all called my insurance provider to confirm what my benefits covered, but I was still searching for that one special pair of glasses.The people at Queen City weren't even willing to call my insurance provider so that they could understand what my policy actually covers!!!!!!! I would not recommend them to anybody
