Grasons of Contra Costa County met the terms of our contract. There are specific details articulated above which can be proven otherwise by the chain of communications however in an effort to protect the privacy of our clients, which is paramount, I elect not to provide that information here which could become public. In a private forum, I'm happy to provide that information.
It is with deep regret that given all our efforts, we were not able to meet the needs of this client. We will continue to strive to meet the needs and expectations of our clients.
RESPONSE TO DESIRED RESOLUTION:
The client provided instructions for the disposition of all items at the close of the sale. Those instructions were followed. There was one exception, which we accommodated. Explicit documentation on this can be provided in a private forum.
A copy of the contract was provided to the client on 2 specific occasions. A third copy can be provided however was not been requested until in this complaint.
