Had a few Major isues that we wanted to address with ownerInstead of apologizing or taking ownership of a terrible service experience, we were blamed for being bad customersExcept that we apparently tipped very wellVery rude and unprofessional owner and bus drivers

This customer booked her wedding with us.  The week of the wedding, we could not get a hold of her and had left several messages on the phone number we provided. I had to email her and let her know we had no...

information to show up for her special day and we wanted to do a good job for them, but needed them to call us asap.
 
The bride responded to the email, stating that her mother would be calling. Her mother called with payment, but nothing we needed.  We asked her to please have her daughter call asap.  She finally called and we requested an itinerary to give to the driver, after getting her pick up location.
 
We received the itinerary late Friday night and they requested we start at a hotel to pick up some guests and drop them off and then come to the church to pick up the wedding party. The pick up was at 4 for the guests and 4:30 for the wedding party. With all of the construction, that was going to be extremely difficult, but that's what they requested.  The driver went to the hotel and there wasn't anyone there at first and then 2 people showed up. The driver called the bride's step-father to make sure he was getting everyone he was supposed to and he told them to hurry and drop them off and get to the church now. (no information was supplied to let us know how many to expect) 
 
Our driver arrived a few minutes late to pick up the wedding party because of the schedule they had set up, and the awful construction on I94 (which was the route to get to both places). Our driver took back roads to get the wedding party where they requested to get them around as quickly as possible. Our buses are also converted school buses, so they aren't cars and don't go as fast, so we always tell them to allow extra time as they don't go as fast, and we don't go as fast with people on board.
 He took them everywhere that they asked to be taken, but they were behind due to their own planning. She stated that everyone hated our service. Our driver took 2 different guests to go buy insulin as they needed it.  We pride ourselves on going above and beyond.  He received $165 in tips, which is huge for a wedding. The timing was out of our control, but we delivered all they asked us to and the driver stated that everyone was very nice and happy and tipping him.
When the bride called after the fact, she wasn't willing to even discuss anything. We offered to sit with her and the driver to discuss what happened, because we got 2 different stories. We've Never had a complaint from a wedding. If we do something wrong, we are willing to discuss and deal with it and refund a portion, if necessary, but from the beginning we struggled with this bride and her poor planning and communication.
 
She also mentioned that the driver dropped them off at the wrong bar...not sure why they would let him drop them off somewhere they didn't want to go. If they changed their itinerary, they didn't tell him.  He went by what they sent us. We ask all of our weddings to send itineraries so our driver can take them where they want without having to ask them, so they can just enjoy themselves on their special day.
 
We feel this letter is extremely exaggerated and the bride was unwilling to fully discuss with us, as we offered. We don't hand out a full refund to someone we showed up for and spent 8 hours with.  We delivered what she asked us to do. We are disappointed that she feels she didn't get all that she wanted, as we pride ourselves on great service. That's why we are so successful.
