Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: the owner [redacted] was rude, disrespectful, and highly unprofessionalHe sent workers to my home today without my knowledge or consent; therefore, they were trespassingSomeone should have been called first to set up a time [redacted] has been telling me for over a month that he was too busy to come here to fix the patio, and then show up the next day after I file a complaintNevertheless, I told the workers what was wrong with the patioThey started to work on it, but it was just a quick fixWhen I stated I wanted it done right and not just a bandage since I did not want anymore problems, I was told that had to do what their boss said (which I understand)I asked them to go wait for their bossWhen [redacted] arrived, I asked him to go around backI showed and told him the problems, and he started yelling at me and saying that the work looks perfectI asked him to stop yelling at me and informed him that I was the costumerI kept yelling at me, so I had to ask him to leave because of his offensive and unprofessional demeanorI am truly sorry it has to come to thisHowever, the quality of workmanship and standards are not on the same level as last yearWe loved the work from the previous yearIt looks like two different companiesI am very disappointed and appalled Regards, [redacted] ***
