Review: On 05/07/2013 I bought skis and bindings from Grassroots Outdoors for a total price of $1,036.31. The price included mounting of the binding onto the skis. I picked up the skis about a week after this day and the bindings were incorrectly mounted. Both skis were mounted on the right side of the ski. I brought them back into the shop for reinstallation. They informed me that the needed the correct jig to mount the bindings and did not have it. As soon as they got it in they would call me. After not receiving a call from them by June I called them back and they had still not received the correct equipment. I called them in July and got the same response. They again said they would call me when they had finished with the mounting. After trying back in August and I was unable to get a hold of anyone. I checked their website and it said that they were shutting down for the off season. Today 10/1/13 I stopped by the shop and saw that the space had been leased and the shop was being evacuated. I was not able to receive any other contact information from their website and have not yet received any goods for what I paid for in May. Desired Settlement: I wish to either receive a refund for the $1036.31 I paid or receive the skis and bindings with correct mounting.
