Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: the only resolution to this issue would be to wave it or go after the appropriate party who took over the contract and was supposed to have transfered guarantee according to [redacted]. Sincerely,[redacted]
When Mr. [redacted] first came on with Gravity Payments, he signed an agreement as the sole guarantor of his business. He subsequently exited the business, at which time Gravity entered a new business relationship with the new owners. Although, Mr. [redacted] had been released from his business...
obligations with his former partner, he was still the personal guarantor on paper with Gravity. That means he remained liable for the outstanding balance on his account for the period in which he was guarantor, prior to the change to new ownership.
We've taken the appropriate steps and have had numerous conversations with Mr.[redacted] on how to resolve this issue. We apologize if there was any miscommunication during these conversations, but we'd be happy to work with him on designing a repayment plan. Our goal at Gravity is to help independent business owners in any way possible. We want to have a reputation where clients are really happy with us, recognize our service, integrity, and transparency, and trust us to help reduce the cost and headaches of accepting payments. With that said, we sincerely hope we're able to come to a healthy resolution with Mr.[redacted] that meets his needs.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:Upon leaving like stated I made sure to contact [redacted] to avoid any of this and was told not to worry about anything as he would take care of everything thus allowing me to not have to worry about a situation like this coming up. Yet here we are a year and a half later. I understand their side and would have gladly signed any paper work presented to me to transfer anything over but I was never called or informed at all about such paper work. It seems that [redacted] did not do what he said he would and dropped the ball.
This situation was not my fault as I did everything I was instructed to do by their employee. Sincerely,[redacted]
