Review: Contracted Grayton A[redacted] of Gray Overhead Door Co. Inc. in Elizabeth NJ on or about 8/25/15 to supply and install a roll up style overhead garage door for the garage at [redacted] (Cemetery). We gave him a deposit of $1400.00 ( the total cost was to be $2700.00 ) on 9/4/15 which was cashed on 9/8/15. We were told it would be installed in about a week, after two weeks we called and were told it would be another week, he was waiting on materials. After another week passed we called again and now there is no answer on his phone or fax, he has disappeared with the deposit. We are not sure where to take this at this time, I am hoping you can help give us some direction.
